In a joint statement on the situation in Iran, the two foreign policy spokesmen of the ESN Group, Dr. Alexander Sell and Petr Bystron, set out their position:
“Following the failure of the talks on the Iranian nuclear program, the US government has decided on a military intervention in Iran. The European Commission must now ensure that potential war refugees are cared for in the region in order to avoid a repeat of the 2015 crisis. We share the wish of the Iranian dissidents to decide the future of their country in free and democratic elections.”
