PLBiography
Stanisław Tyszka is a Polish Member of the European Parliament and Co-Chair of the Europe of Sovereign Nations Group. Elected in 2024, he sits in the Conference of Presidents, serves as a full member of the Committee on Constitutional Affairs and is a member of the Delegation for relations with the United States. He is a substitute member of the Committee on Budgets and of delegations covering the Mashreq countries and the Union for the Mediterranean.
A lawyer, academic teacher and former member of the Polish Sejm, he previously served as Deputy Marshal of the Sejm. In the European Parliament, his work focuses on institutional reform, electoral law, national sovereignty and budgetary questions. He has acted as ESN shadow rapporteur on changes to the European Electoral Act and on Parliament’s Rules of Procedure, and as shadow rapporteur for an AFCO opinion on the 2028–2034 Multiannual Financial Framework.
