“We congratulate Karol Nawrocki on his election victory. This prevents unchecked rule by Donald Tusk’s liberal Civic Platform, which pursues a woke, green, belligerent, and EU-subservient agenda and ruthlessly opposes the patriotic and right-wing opposition.
During the campaign, Nawrocki committed to the Konfederacja candidate Sławomir Mentzen to withdraw from the Migration Pact and the Green Deal, to refrain from sending soldiers to Ukraine, and to oppose Ukraine’s accession to NATO and the EU. He will be measured by these promises.
At the EU level, he can count on our support if he seriously pursues these goals. Our countries face similar challenges. If we are to overcome them, it would be wise to finally lay to rest the conflicts of the past.”
