AfD:s ledamot i Europaparlamentet Markus Buchheit riktar skarp kritik mot EIB:s senaste \u00e5rsrapport. Han s\u00e4ger att banken i allt h\u00f6gre grad framst\u00e4ller sig som en \u201cklimatbank\u201d, medan medborgare och f\u00f6retag i m\u00e5nga EU-l\u00e4nder drabbas av stigande elpriser och \u00f6kande levnadskostnader.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Buchheit (AfD), ledamot av Europaparlamentet f\u00f6r ESN-gruppen, sade:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00e4stan 60 procent av EIB:s finansiering g\u00e5r nu till s\u00e5 kallade gr\u00f6na projekt. Det kanske l\u00e5ter bra i Bryssel, men det underl\u00e4ttar inte b\u00f6rdan f\u00f6r familjer eller sm\u00e5 och medelstora f\u00f6retag. Det stora fokuset p\u00e5 havsbaserad vindkraft visar s\u00e4rskilt tydligt hur skev Europas investeringspolitik har blivit.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r enskilda havsbaserade projekt beviljar EIB l\u00e5n p\u00e5 hundratals miljoner euro. Dessa projekt \u00e4r dyra, tekniskt mycket komplexa och starkt beroende av n\u00e4tinfrastruktur och v\u00e4derf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Trots detta drivs de fram politiskt, \u00e4ven om den faktiska elproduktionen inte n\u00e5r upp till f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna. Kostnaderna \u00f6verf\u00f6rs till medborgarna genom elpriser, n\u00e4tavgifter och statliga garantier.<\/p>\n<p>Medan EIB talar om \u2018ren och prisv\u00e4rd energi\u2019 upplever m\u00e5nga hush\u00e5ll raka motsatsen. H\u00f6ga energipriser tynger inkomsterna och konkurrenskraften, utan n\u00e5gon m\u00e4rkbar f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningstryggheten eller prisstabiliteten. Jag anser att det \u00e4r problematiskt att EIB i allt h\u00f6gre grad agerar som ett politiskt verktyg f\u00f6r den gr\u00f6na given, utan koppling till m\u00e4nniskors vardagsverklighet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt kritisk till bankens finansieringsmodell: riskerna socialiseras genom garantier fr\u00e5n EU:s budget, medan privata investerare drar nytta av billiga l\u00e5n. Om projekt misslyckas eller inte lever upp till f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna \u00e4r det i slut\u00e4ndan skattebetalarna som f\u00e5r st\u00e5 f\u00f6r kostnaderna.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>AfD kr\u00e4ver en grundl\u00e4ggande omorientering av EIB:s politik. Investeringarna b\u00f6r \u00e5terigen styras av f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningstrygghet, \u00f6verkomliga priser och konkreta f\u00f6rdelar f\u00f6r medborgarna.
