Pribli\u017eevanje med Kitajsko in Indijo ter ustanovitev Razvojne banke SCO (banke BRICS) sta velik korak k multipolarni svetovni ureditvi. Nem\u010dija in EU zaostajata za svetovnimi velesilami.\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Nadaljnji razvoj multipolarnega svetovnega reda ima politi\u010dne, voja\u0161ke in gospodarske posledice za Nem\u010dijo in EU. Medtem ko vedno ve\u010d dr\u017eav \u0161iri svoje sodelovanje in prek novih institucij, kot je Razvojna banka SCO, krepi svojo gospodarsko neodvisnost od Zahoda, Nem\u010dija ostaja izklju\u010dena.
