Sedanji uradniki EU ne \u017eelijo delujo\u010dega mehanizma med posameznimi dr\u017eavami \u010dlanicami. Pravi cilj je odvzeti Mad\u017earski \u2013 suvereni dr\u017eavi, ki ni poslu\u0161na \u2013 sredstva EU. Da bi to dosegli, naj bi se ustvarila nova delovna mesta za spremljanje in urejanje neza\u017eelenih nacionalnih politik.
