Prvotne zahteve so povzro\u010dile ogromno birokratsko breme, ki je vklju\u010devalo milijone geografskih koordinat, satelitskih podatkov in obveznosti glede dokumentacije. Tudi med poskusno fazo so se informacijski sistemi EU redno sesuvali.<\/p>\n<p>Pod pritiskom industrije in konservativnih skupin (ESN, ECR in Patriots) je bila zdaj dose\u017eena popravek: trgovci v poznej\u0161ih \u010dlenih verige ne bodo ve\u010d morali predlo\u017eiti lastnih izjav o skrbnem pregledu. Ta obveznost zdaj velja le za gospodarskega subjekta, ki blago prvi\u010d da na trg. Poleg tega bo datum za\u010detka veljavnosti prelo\u017een: za velika in srednje velika podjetja od 30. decembra 2026, za mikro in mala podjetja pa \u0161ele od sredine leta 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Predlog je bil sprejet s 405 glasovi za in 242 glasovi proti. Poslanka ESN v Evropskem parlamentu Anja Arndt je komentirala:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cESN in AfD sta izpolnila obljube. Prepre\u010dili smo, da bi desettiso\u010de podjetij zadu\u0161ila birokracija zaradi nerealisti\u010dne uredbe EU. Podjetja pridobivajo \u010das, varnost pri na\u010drtovanju in likvidnost \u2013 kar pomaga tudi potro\u0161nikom prek stabilnej\u0161ih cen.\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>A \u017ee samo posredovanje referen\u010dnih \u0161tevilk na dobavnicah bo v praksi povzro\u010dilo ogromne te\u017eave: pri lesu, kakavu in kavi se vzdol\u017e dobavnih verig naberejo stotine \u0161tevilk, kar povzro\u010da gore papirja. Dejstvo, da je treba to uredbo zdaj ponovno odlo\u017eiti, ka\u017ee na strukturno pomanjkljivost Komisije. Pravila so bila sprejeta, ne da bi bila izvedljiva, gospodarske posledice pa so bile preprosto prezrte.
