Kar se predstavlja pod pretvezo varnosti, se ob natan\u010dnej\u0161em pregledu izka\u017ee za politi\u010dno motivirano \u0161iritev sankcijskega re\u017eima, ki vse bolj spodkopava pravno dr\u017eavo in hkrati sistemati\u010dno onemogo\u010da vsak resen mirovni proces in politi\u010dno zbli\u017eevanje.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mary Khan, poslanka ESN v Evropskem parlamentu in \u010dlanica Odbora za dr\u017eavljanske svobo\u0161\u010dine, pravosodje in notranje zadeve (LIBE), je nadaljevala:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZelo zaskrbljujo\u010de je, da se na sezname sankcij uvr\u0161\u010dajo ne le dr\u017eavni akterji, temve\u010d zdaj tudi analitiki, akademiki, nekdanji voja\u0161ki uslu\u017ebenci in vplivne osebe. EU s tem zapu\u0161\u010da tla pluralisti\u010dnega reda in stopa na nevarno pot ideolo\u0161ke politike. Vsakdo, ki odstopa od uradnega diskurza o Ukrajini, Natu ali zunanji politiki EU, je vse bolj izpostavljen tveganju politi\u010dne stigmatizacije in eksistencialnih gospodarskih posledic.<\/p>\n<p>Posebej problemati\u010dna je namerno nejasna in politi\u010dno pro\u017ena opredelitev pojmov \u2018dezinformacija\u2019 in \u2018destabilizirajo\u010de narative\u2019. Ti izrazi so \u017ee zdavnaj postali politi\u010dni bojni slogani, ki se uporabljajo za delegitimizacijo neza\u017eelenih stali\u0161\u010d in sistemati\u010dno uti\u0161anje kriti\u010dnih glasov.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Na koncu je Sell dejal:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNamesto da bi se osredoto\u010dila na umirjanje napetosti, diplomacijo in neodvisno zunanjo politiko, usmerjeno v evropske interese, EU \u0161e dodatno zaostruje svojo logiko konfrontacije. S tem ne tvega le eskalacije zunanje politike, temve\u010d tudi poglablja odtujenost velikega dela evropskega prebivalstva od institucij
