\u201cTudi najbolj\u0161i sistem izgona ostaja neu\u010dinkovit, \u010de v Evropo neprestano prihaja vedno ve\u010d nezakonitih migrantov. Dosledno varovanje zunanjih meja EU je zato nepogre\u0161ljiv prvi korak za trajnostno obvladovanje migracijske katastrofe. Hkrati pa pri vzpostavljanju centrov za izgon v tretjih dr\u017eavah v nobenem primeru ne smemo opustiti vzpostavitve centrov za obravnavo pro\u0161enj, da bi potencialni nezakoniti migranti po vlo\u017eitvi pro\u0161nje za azil zunaj EU zaklju\u010dili celoten postopek. Da se prepre\u010di prenatrpanost centrov, je treba tudi znatno pospe\u0161iti raz\u0161iritev hitrih postopkov neposredno na zunanjih mejah EU.\u201c.<\/p>\n

Vendar pa ne smemo podcenjevati logisti\u010dnih ovir v centrih za vra\u010danje v dr\u017eavah, kot je Uganda. Te\u017eko si je predstavljati, da Komisija na\u010drtuje resno ofenzivo izgona, \u010de je treba ljudi najprej prepeljati z letalom pribli\u017eno 7.000 kilometrov, da bi tam nato \u010dakali na vrnitev v svoje dr\u017eave izvora. Dr\u017eave v neposredni bli\u017eini zunanjih meja EU bi bile za to veliko primernej\u0161e, odgovorna Komisija pa bi \u017ee zdavnaj uveljavila potrebne sporazume za to, po potrebi tudi z gro\u017enjo, da bo ustavila razvojno pomo\u010d in druge ukrepe podpore.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
