Skupaj z ECR, PfE in EPP smo pokazali, da so pragmati\u010dne re\u0161itve pomembnej\u0161e od ideolo\u0161kih pregrad. Prora\u010dun EU mora kon\u010dno spet slu\u017eiti ljudem in regijam, namesto da se izgublja v birokraciji in presti\u017enih projektih. Zlasti v \u010dasih nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010de negotovosti Evropa potrebuje u\u010dinkovit prora\u010dun, ki se osredoto\u010da na tisto, kar je resni\u010dno potrebno: dostopna stanovanja, mo\u010dne regije in resni\u010dna podpora malim in srednjim podjetjem. Lokalne oblasti in podjetja se ne smejo zadu\u0161iti zaradi vedno ve\u010djih upravnih obremenitev, medtem ko klju\u010dni programi ostajajo v zastoju.
