Prej\u0161nja politika odprtih meja je spodletela. To glasovanje jasno ka\u017ee: zdaj obstaja desni\u010darska ve\u010dina za resni\u010den preobrat v evropski migracijski politiki. Hkrati je to tudi opozorilni signal za CDU, tudi v Baden-W\u00fcrttembergu: volilne obljube je mogo\u010de izpolniti s sodelovanjem z AfD.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Razlog za to odlo\u010ditev je o\u010ditna neuspe\u0161nost sedanjega sistema. Doslej je le okoli 20 odstotkov nezakonitih migrantov, ki morajo zapustiti Evropo, to dejansko storilo. Poro\u010dilo, sprejeto danes, bo zagotovilo hitrej\u0161e, u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e in la\u017eje izvr\u0161ljive vrnitve za dr\u017eave \u010dlanice.<\/p>\n<p>Klju\u010dni ukrepi za poostritev v uredbi temeljijo na predlogih sprememb, ki jih je vlo\u017eila sen\u010dna poro\u010devalka stranke AfD Mary Khan. Ti vklju\u010dujejo do\u017eivljenjske prepovedi vstopa za posameznike, ki predstavljajo gro\u017enjo javni varnosti, trgovinske sankcije proti tretjim dr\u017eavam, ki zavra\u010dajo sprejem svojih dr\u017eavljanov nazaj, ter raz\u0161irjene mo\u017enosti pridr\u017eanja za izvr\u0161itev vrnitev. Poro\u010dilo predvideva tudi medicinske ocene starosti za prepre\u010devanje zlorab s strani migrantov, ki la\u017eno trdijo, da so mladoletniki, ter dodatna pooblastila za preiskovanje elektronskih naprav z namenom ugotavljanja identitete in porekla.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg tega kompromis dr\u017eavam \u010dlanicam zagotavlja znatno ve\u010d manevrskega prostora. V prihodnje bodo lahko v nacionalni zakonodaji dolo\u010dile pogoje, pod katerimi obstaja varnostno tveganje, kdaj se lahko odredi pridr\u017eanje in kateri dodatni ukrepi so potrebni za zagotovitev vrnitve.<\/p>\n<p>Dana\u0161nje glasovanje ima tudi temeljni politi\u010dni pomen. Prvi\u010d se je v Evropskem parlamentu oblikovala trdna ve\u010dina glede klju\u010dnega migracijskega dosjeja, ki presega levi\u010darske in liberalne sile. Sedaj je padel tudi \u00bbpo\u017earni zid\u00ab v migracijski politiki.<\/p>\n<p>S sprejetjem kompromisa v Odboru za dr\u017eavljanske svobo\u0161\u010dine se zdaj za\u010denja naslednja faza postopka. V prihajajo\u010dih pogajanjih s Svetom in Komisijo bo cilj braniti in \u0161e dodatno okrepiti sprejete ukrepe za poostritev.
