varne tretje dr\u017eave, sprejet v odboru LIBE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Odbor LIBE Evropskega parlamenta je 27. 1. 2026 glasoval o kon\u010dnem zakonodajnem predlogu za \u2018koncept varnih tretjih dr\u017eav\u2019.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>To omogo\u010da vzpostavitev centrov za vra\u010danje priseljencev v dr\u017eavah zunaj EU, kamor lahko dr\u017eave \u010dlanice EU po\u0161iljajo prosilce za azil, katerih pro\u0161nje so bile zavrnjene.<\/p>\n<p>Odbor LIBE je moral potrditi pozitiven izid medinstitucionalnih pogajanj med Parlamentom, Komisijo in Svetom o kon\u010dnem besedilu.<\/p>\n<p>Poro\u010dilo Lene D\u00fcpont (EPP) o tej zadevi je bilo sprejeto z zelo tesno ve\u010dino 37 glasov za in 34 proti. \u010ce bi bil izid 34 proti 34, bi bilo besedilo zavrnjeno; zato so bili trije glasovi ESN odlo\u010dilni in klju\u010dni.<\/p>\n<p>Za ESN so glasovali poslanec Evropskega parlamenta Milan Uhrik (Republika, Slova\u0161ka), poslanka Evropskega parlamenta Mary Khan (AfD, Nem\u010dija) in poslanec Evropskega parlamenta Petr Volgin (Vazrazhdane, Bolgarija).<\/p>\n<p>Poro\u010devalka v senci za ESN v tej zadevi je bila poslanka Evropskega parlamenta Ewa
