Od za\u010diatku bolo jasn\u00e9, \u017ee tak\u00fdto pl\u00e1n by predstavoval hrub\u00e9 poru\u0161enie \u010dl\u00e1nkov 7 a 8 Charty z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch pr\u00e1v a \u010dl\u00e1nku 8 Eur\u00f3pskeho dohovoru o \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vach. Dokonca aj pr\u00e1vna slu\u017eba Rady E\u00da varovala pred mas\u00edvnymi z\u00e1sahmi do s\u00fakromia ob\u010danov a pova\u017eovala to za poru\u0161enie z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v.<\/p>\n<p>V s\u00falade s t\u00fdm do\u0161lo k siln\u00e9mu parlamentn\u00e9mu odporu zo strany AfD a celej skupiny ESN. V s\u00falade s rozsiahlymi verejn\u00fdmi protestmi sme rozhodne bojovali za to, aby z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 slobody \u013eud\u00ed neboli obetovan\u00e9 v prospech centralizovan\u00e9ho eur\u00f3pskeho kontroln\u00e9ho mechanizmu. Dne\u0161n\u00e1 zmena kurzu zo strany spolkovej vl\u00e1dy je v\u00fdsledkom vytrval\u00e9ho \u00fasilia ob\u010danov aj poslancov.
