Pr\u00e1vny r\u00e1mec, ktor\u00fd obch\u00e1dza n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 parlamenty, upev\u0148uje Eur\u00f3pu byrokratov a korpor\u00e1ci\u00ed. To nie je pokrok, ale n\u00e1vrat k technokratickej svojvo\u013enosti.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo, \u010do sa pred\u00e1va ako podpora pre za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00face podniky, je v skuto\u010dnosti br\u00e1nou k da\u0148ov\u00fdm \u00fanikom, mzdov\u00e9mu dumpingu a oslabovaniu demokracie. Pl\u00e1novan\u00fd paraleln\u00fd pr\u00e1vny syst\u00e9m hroz\u00ed trval\u00fdm znehodnoten\u00edm n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych poriadkov.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSkupina ESN preto vyz\u00fdva na okam\u017eit\u00e9 zastavenie tejto iniciat\u00edvy a n\u00e1vrat k skuto\u010dn\u00fdm reform\u00e1m jednotn\u00e9ho trhu: menej byrokracie, viac konkurencie a posilnenie n\u00e1rodnej zodpovednosti.
