Brusel sa rutinne mie\u0161a do oblast\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 patria sp\u00e4\u0165 do vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnej p\u00f4sobnosti. Financie musia pr\u00fadi\u0165 priamo k po\u013enohospod\u00e1rom, namiesto toho, aby mizli v bruselskom administrat\u00edvnom apar\u00e1te. \u017diadame tie\u017e pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tne kontroly, d\u00f4sledn\u00e9 vym\u00e1hanie vr\u00e1tenia prostriedkov a hmatate\u013en\u00e9 sankcie za podvody. Po\u013enohospod\u00e1rska a \u0161truktur\u00e1lna politika musia op\u00e4\u0165 patri\u0165 do kompetencie \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov \u2013 kde spo\u010d\u00edva aj kontrola a zodpovednos\u0165. Kone\u010dne mus\u00edme skoncova\u0165 s centralizovan\u00fdm prerozde\u013eovan\u00edm! Eur\u00f3pa nepotrebuje byrokratick\u00fd apar\u00e1t, ale suver\u00e9nne \u0161t\u00e1ty, ktor\u00e9 samy rozhoduj\u00fa o tom, ako sa pou\u017eij\u00fa ich peniaze.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Anja Arndtov\u00e1, \u010dlenka skupiny ESN v Eur\u00f3pskom parlamente a \u010dlenka V\u00fdboru pre \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie, dodala:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNie je to ojedinel\u00fd pr\u00edpad, ale pr\u00edznak chor\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Bruselsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m dot\u00e1ci\u00ed je rajom pre podvodn\u00edkov. Miliardy sa centr\u00e1lne vyberaj\u00fa a rozde\u013euj\u00fa prostredn\u00edctvom spleti programov a agent\u00far. Nakoniec z toho maj\u00fa prospech nespr\u00e1vni \u013eudia \u2013 a cenu za to platia na\u0161i \u010destn\u00ed, tvrdo pracuj\u00faci po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Brusel zasahuje do oblast\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 by bolo lep\u0161ie rie\u0161i\u0165 v r\u00e1mci vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnej p\u00f4sobnosti.
