P\u00f4vodn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky sp\u00f4sobili obrovsk\u00fa byrokratick\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e spojen\u00fa s mili\u00f3nmi geografick\u00fdch s\u00faradn\u00edc, satelitn\u00fdch \u00fadajov a povinnost\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa dokument\u00e1cie. Aj po\u010das sk\u00fa\u0161obnej f\u00e1zy doch\u00e1dzalo k pravideln\u00fdm zlyhaniam IT syst\u00e9mov E\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>Pod tlakom priemyslu a konzervat\u00edvnych skup\u00edn (ESN, ECR a Patriots) sa teraz podarilo dosiahnu\u0165 opravu: n\u00e1sledn\u00ed obchodn\u00edci u\u017e nemusia predklada\u0165 svoje vlastn\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1senia o n\u00e1le\u017eitej starostlivosti. T\u00e1to povinnos\u0165 teraz spo\u010d\u00edva iba na prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eovi, ktor\u00fd uv\u00e1dza tovar na trh po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t. Okrem toho sa posunie d\u00e1tum nadobudnutia \u00fa\u010dinnosti: pre ve\u013ek\u00e9 a stredn\u00e9 podniky od 30. decembra 2026, pre mikropodniky a mal\u00e9 podniky a\u017e od polovice roka 2027.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1vrh bol prijat\u00fd 405 hlasmi za a 242 proti. Poslanky\u0148a ESN Anja Arndt k tomu uviedla:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cESN a AfD splnili s\u013eub. Zabr\u00e1nili sme tomu, aby desiatky tis\u00edc podnikov zadusila byrokracia v d\u00f4sledku nerealistick\u00e9ho nariadenia E\u00da. Podniky z\u00edskavaj\u00fa \u010das, istotu pri pl\u00e1novan\u00ed a likviditu \u2013 \u010do pom\u00e1ha aj spotrebite\u013eom v\u010faka stabilnej\u0161\u00edm cen\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u0161ak u\u017e samotn\u00e9 uv\u00e1dzanie referen\u010dn\u00fdch \u010d\u00edsel na dodac\u00edch listoch sp\u00f4sob\u00ed v praxi obrovsk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my: v pr\u00edpade dreva, kakaa a k\u00e1vy sa v dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00fdch re\u0165azcoch nahromadia stovky \u010d\u00edsel, \u010do vedie k hor\u00e1m papierovania. Skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee toto nariadenie sa teraz mus\u00ed op\u00e4\u0165 odlo\u017ei\u0165, sved\u010d\u00ed o \u0161truktur\u00e1lnom zlyhan\u00ed Komisie. Pravidl\u00e1 boli prijat\u00e9 bez toho, aby boli realizovate\u013en\u00e9, a ekonomick\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky sa jednoducho ignorovali.
