A\u017e teraz, pod tlakom rast\u00facich n\u00e1rodno-konzervat\u00edvnych s\u00edl v celej Eur\u00f3pe, za\u010d\u00edna E\u00da \u2013 pomaly a neochotne \u2013 napravova\u0165 niektor\u00e9 zo svojich najhor\u0161\u00edch ch\u00fdb.Po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t bol vytvoren\u00fd spolo\u010dn\u00fd eur\u00f3psky zoznam bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch kraj\u00edn p\u00f4vodu, ktor\u00fd \u010dlensk\u00fdm \u0161t\u00e1tom umo\u017e\u0148uje r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie vybavova\u0165 a zamieta\u0165 zjavne neopodstatnen\u00e9 \u017eiadosti o azyl. Po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fd zoznam zah\u0155\u0148a Banglad\u00e9\u0161, Kolumbiu, Egypt, Indiu, Kosovo, Maroko a Tunisko.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasne reforma konceptu bezpe\u010dnej tretej krajiny po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t umo\u017e\u0148uje vr\u00e1ti\u0165 neleg\u00e1lnych migrantov do n\u00e1vratov\u00fdch centier nach\u00e1dzaj\u00facich sa mimo Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie, \u010d\u00edm sa v\u00fdrazne posil\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 vr\u00e1ten\u00ed a obmedzuje zneu\u017e\u00edvanie postupov.Tieto pokroky sa podarilo dosiahnu\u0165 napriek ostr\u00e9mu odporu socialistov, zelen\u00fdch, komunistov a liber\u00e1lov, ktor\u00ed ne\u00fanavne bojovali za zablokovanie ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek zmyslupln\u00e9ho spr\u00edsnenia migra\u010dn\u00fdch pravidiel. V\u010faka rozhoduj\u00facim hlasom skupiny ESN umo\u017enila nov\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina tieto prv\u00e9 n\u00e1pravn\u00e9 kroky.<\/p>\n<p>Hoci tieto opatrenia nie s\u00fa dostato\u010dn\u00e9, predstavuj\u00fa jasn\u00fa zmenu smerovania.
