To, \u010do sa prezentuje pod r\u00fa\u0161kom bezpe\u010dnosti, sa pri bli\u017e\u0161om sk\u00faman\u00ed ukazuje ako politicky motivovan\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00edrenie sank\u010dn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu, ktor\u00fd \u010doraz viac podkop\u00e1va pr\u00e1vny \u0161t\u00e1t a z\u00e1rove\u0148 systematicky znemo\u017e\u0148uje ak\u00fdko\u013evek seri\u00f3zny mierov\u00fd proces a politick\u00e9 zbli\u017eovanie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Poslanky\u0148a ESN v Eur\u00f3pskom parlamente a \u010dlenka V\u00fdboru pre ob\u010dianske slobody, spravodlivos\u0165 a vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 veci (LIBE) Mary Khan pokra\u010dovala:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJe ve\u013emi alarmuj\u00face, \u017ee na sank\u010dn\u00e9 zoznamy sa dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa nielen \u0161t\u00e1tni akt\u00e9ri, ale teraz aj analytici, akademici, b\u00fdval\u00ed vojaci a vplyvn\u00ed \u013eudia. E\u00da t\u00fdm op\u00fa\u0161\u0165a p\u00f4du pluralitn\u00e9ho poriadku a vyd\u00e1va sa na nebezpe\u010dn\u00fa cestu ideologickej politiky. Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kto sa odchy\u013euje od ofici\u00e1lneho narat\u00edvu o Ukrajine, NATO alebo zahrani\u010dnej politike E\u00da, je \u010doraz viac vystaven\u00fd riziku politickej stigmatiz\u00e1cie a existenci\u00e1lnych ekonomick\u00fdch d\u00f4sledkov.<\/p>\n<p>Obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 problematick\u00e1 je z\u00e1merne v\u00e1gna a politicky pru\u017en\u00e1 defin\u00edcia pojmov \u2018dezinform\u00e1cia\u2019 a \u2018destabilizuj\u00face narat\u00edvy\u2019. Tieto pojmy sa u\u017e d\u00e1vno stali politick\u00fdmi bojov\u00fdmi sloganmi, ktor\u00e9 sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na delegitimiz\u00e1ciu nev\u00edtan\u00fdch postojov a systematick\u00e9 uml\u010dovanie kritick\u00fdch hlasov.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1ver Sell povedal:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNamiesto toho, aby sa E\u00da zameriavala na zmier\u0148ovanie nap\u00e4tia, diplomaciu a nez\u00e1visl\u00fa zahrani\u010dn\u00fa politiku orientovan\u00fa na eur\u00f3pske z\u00e1ujmy, \u010falej vyostruje svoju logiku konfront\u00e1cie. T\u00fdm nielen\u017ee riskuje eskal\u00e1ciu v oblasti zahrani\u010dnej politiky, ale aj prehlbuje odcudzenie ve\u013ekej \u010dasti eur\u00f3pskeho obyvate\u013estva od in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed
