Tento krok je v\u00fdsmechom pr\u00e1vneho \u0161t\u00e1tu a ohrozuje bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a soci\u00e1lnu s\u00fadr\u017enos\u0165. V r\u00e1mci slobody pohybu zaru\u010denej E\u00da by t\u00edto \u013eudia mohli n\u00e1sledne bez prek\u00e1\u017eok cestova\u0165 do in\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u0161panielska vl\u00e1da v podstate rozp\u00fata vlnu neleg\u00e1lnej migr\u00e1cie po celej Eur\u00f3pe \u2013 so zna\u010dn\u00fdmi rizikami a z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eou pre spolo\u010dnos\u0165, infra\u0161trukt\u00faru a syst\u00e9my soci\u00e1lneho zabezpe\u010denia.<\/p>\n<p>Z demokratick\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska je to tie\u017e ve\u013emi znepokojuj\u00face, ke\u010f\u017ee vl\u00e1da sa v podstate sna\u017e\u00ed vytvori\u0165 nov\u00e9 skupiny voli\u010dov pre bud\u00face vo\u013eby \u2013 tak\u00fdto pr\u00edstup by sa mal pova\u017eova\u0165 za \u00famyseln\u00fd pokus ovplyvni\u0165 volebn\u00fd proces a je v rozpore so z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi demokratick\u00fdmi z\u00e1sadami.<\/p>\n<p>Vzh\u013eadom na tento alarmuj\u00faci v\u00fdvoj na\u0161a skupina ESN dnes podala \u017eiados\u0165 o zaradenie tejto ot\u00e1zky do programu nasleduj\u00faceho plen\u00e1rneho zasadnutia v \u0160trasburgu.
