Poslanec Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu za AfD Markus Buchheit ostro kritizuje najnov\u0161iu v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00fa spr\u00e1vu o \u010dinnosti EIB. Tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee banka sa \u010doraz viac prezentuje ako \u201cklimatick\u00e1 banka\u201d, zatia\u013e \u010do ob\u010dania a podniky v mnoh\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch E\u00da trpia rast\u00facimi cenami elektrickej energie a zvy\u0161uj\u00facimi sa \u017eivotn\u00fdmi n\u00e1kladmi.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Buchheit (AfD), poslanec Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu za skupinu ESN, uviedol:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTakmer 60 percent financovania EIB teraz smeruje do takzvan\u00fdch zelen\u00fdch projektov. V Bruseli to mo\u017eno znie dobre, ale rodin\u00e1m ani mal\u00fdm a stredn\u00fdm podnikom to nez\u013eah\u010duje bremeno. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm siln\u00fd d\u00f4raz na pobre\u017en\u00fa vetern\u00fa energiu ukazuje, ako sa investi\u010dn\u00e1 politika Eur\u00f3py skreslila.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>V pr\u00edpade jednotliv\u00fdch projektov na mori poskytuje EIB \u00favery v hodnote stoviek mili\u00f3nov eur. Tieto projekty s\u00fa n\u00e1kladn\u00e9, technicky ve\u013emi zlo\u017eit\u00e9 a vo ve\u013ekej miere z\u00e1visl\u00e9 od infra\u0161trukt\u00fary elektrickej siete a poveternostn\u00fdch podmienok. Napriek tomu sa politicky presadzuj\u00fa, hoci skuto\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba elektrickej energie zaost\u00e1va za o\u010dak\u00e1vaniami. N\u00e1klady sa pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa na ob\u010danov prostredn\u00edctvom cien elektrickej energie, poplatkov za sie\u0165 a \u0161t\u00e1tnych z\u00e1ruk.<\/p>\n<p>Zatia\u013e \u010do EIB hovor\u00ed o \u2018\u010distej a cenovo dostupnej energii\u2019, mnoh\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa prav\u00fd opak. Vysok\u00e9 ceny energie za\u0165a\u017euj\u00fa pr\u00edjmy a konkurencieschopnos\u0165, pri\u010dom nedoch\u00e1dza k \u017eiadnemu badate\u013en\u00e9mu zlep\u0161eniu bezpe\u010dnosti dod\u00e1vok ani cenovej stability. Pova\u017eujem za problematick\u00e9, \u017ee EIB \u010doraz viac funguje ako politick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj Zelen\u00e9ho dohovoru, odtrhnut\u00fd od ka\u017edodennej reality \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kriticky sa staviam k finan\u010dn\u00e9mu modelu banky: rizik\u00e1 s\u00fa socializovan\u00e9 prostredn\u00edctvom z\u00e1ruk z rozpo\u010dtu E\u00da, zatia\u013e \u010do s\u00fakromn\u00ed investori \u0165a\u017eia z lacn\u00fdch \u00faverov. Ak projekty zlyhaj\u00fa alebo nesplnia o\u010dak\u00e1vania, zodpovednos\u0165 nakoniec nes\u00fa da\u0148ov\u00ed poplatn\u00edci.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Strana AfD vyz\u00fdva na z\u00e1sadn\u00fa reorient\u00e1ciu politiky EIB. Invest\u00edcie by sa mali op\u00e4\u0165 riadi\u0165 zabezpe\u010den\u00edm dod\u00e1vok, cenovou dostupnos\u0165ou a hmatate\u013en\u00fdmi pr\u00ednosmi pre ob\u010danov.
