Predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face vedenie je symbolom odtrhnutej bruselskej elity, ktor\u00e1 sa \u010doraz viac vzdialila od skuto\u010dn\u00fdch starost\u00ed \u013eud\u00ed. Zmena person\u00e1lu mus\u00ed by\u0165 preto sprev\u00e1dzan\u00e1 jasnou zmenou kurzu.
