Conform cheii de repartizare a doamnei Kallas, Germania ar suporta partea leului, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 contribuabilii germani ar fi \u00eempov\u0103ra\u021bi \u00een mod dispropor\u021bionat.
