Dup\u0103 ce \u0219i-a isp\u0103\u0219it pedeapsa cu \u00eenchisoarea \u0219i a primit indemniza\u021bia de eliberare, a recidivat. Expulzarea este considerat\u0103 \u00een prezent pu\u021bin probabil\u0103, \u00eentruc\u00e2t Eritreea refuz\u0103 s\u0103 furnizeze documente de identitate. B\u0103rbatul beneficiaz\u0103 acum de tratament psihiatric pe cheltuiala statului \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een Germania. \u00cen acest sens, europarlamentara Mary Khan, din grupul parlamentar ESN, declar\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u021a\u0103ri precum Eritreea au primit de ani de zile milioane de euro sub form\u0103 de ajutoare din partea Uniunii Europene, dar refuz\u0103 s\u0103-\u0219i reprimeasc\u0103 cet\u0103\u021benii respin\u0219i odat\u0103 ce cererile lor de azil sunt respinse.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Germania trebuie s\u0103 renun\u021be imediat la Legea privind presta\u021biile pentru solicitan\u021bii de azil! Solicitan\u021bii de azil nu ar mai trebui s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 presta\u021bii b\u0103ne\u0219ti, ci doar presta\u021bii \u00een natur\u0103 pe durata procedurilor lor.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t guvernul federal nu este dispus s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze, presta\u021biile pentru solicitan\u021bii de azil respin\u0219i trebuie suspendate, transferurile de bani c\u0103tre \u021b\u0103rile lor de origine trebuie interzise imediat, iar presiunea asupra \u021b\u0103rilor de origine trebuie intensificat\u0103 prin suspendarea pl\u0103\u021bilor de ajutor.<\/p>\n<p>\u021a\u0103ri precum Eritreea, care \u00eempiedic\u0103 \u00een mod activ returnarea solicitan\u021bilor de azil respin\u0219i, nu trebuie s\u0103 mai fie recompensate pentru comportamentul lor.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The case of the rejected Eritrean asylum seeker Kahlid O., currently the subject of media attention, once again raises questions about German asylum policy.
