Cre\u0219terea planificat\u0103 a contribu\u021biilor na\u021bionale \u0219i obliga\u021bia de a efectua achizi\u021bii comune \u2014 cu obiectivul de a realiza cel pu\u021bin 40 % din achizi\u021biile militare \u00een comun p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030 \u2014 submineaz\u0103 libertatea de decizie a statelor membre \u0219i impun o povar\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 de 1,5 miliarde de euro asupra bugetelor na\u021bionale prin intermediul bugetului UE. De\u0219i introducerea principiului \u2019Buy European\u201c, care impune ca 70 % din valoarea ad\u0103ugat\u0103 s\u0103 fie generat\u0103 \u00een cadrul UE, este binevenit\u0103 \u00een principiu, aceasta nu este suficient\u0103 pentru a proteja interesele na\u021biunilor individuale.<\/p>\n<p>Grupul ESN critic\u0103, de asemenea, integrarea Ucrainei \u00een industria european\u0103 de ap\u0103rare, consider\u00e2nd-o riscant\u0103 \u0219i motivat\u0103 politic. \u00cen loc de o comunitarizare sporit\u0103, Grupul ESN solicit\u0103 o consolidare consecvent\u0103 a industriilor na\u021bionale de ap\u0103rare \u0219i o revenire la o politic\u0103 a responsabilit\u0103\u021bii na\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Buchheit, deputat \u00een Parlamentul European din partea Grupului ESN, a declarat:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecuritatea Europei este responsabilitatea statelor na\u021bionale suverane, nu a birocra\u021biei de la Bruxelles. EDIP reprezint\u0103 un alt pas c\u0103tre o armat\u0103 european\u0103, pe care o respingem cu fermitate.
