Dezbaterea s-a bazat pe raportul lui Mario Draghi, care recunoa\u0219te c\u0103 Europa se confrunt\u0103 cu o nevoie masiv\u0103 de investi\u021bii. \u00cen cadrul dezbaterii, ESN a respins apelul lui Draghi la cre\u0219terea datoriei \u0219i la centralizare \u0219i a solicitat, \u00een schimb, suveranitate \u0219i protec\u021bia popoarelor Europei.<\/p>\n<p>Coment\u00e2nd dezbaterea, Marcin Sypniewski, membru al Grupului ESN, a declarat:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUniunea European\u0103 cheltuie\u0219te miliarde de euro pe investi\u021bii \u00een fiecare an. An dup\u0103 an, fonduri substan\u021biale sunt alocate prin diverse programe, iar deoarece ace\u0219ti bani nu sunt suficien\u021bi, UE se \u00eendatoreaz\u0103 \u0219i ea. Aceste datorii sunt deja rambursate ast\u0103zi \u2013 iar copiii \u0219i nepo\u021bii no\u0219tri le vor achita \u00een deceniile urm\u0103toare. Aceasta este o povar\u0103 permanent\u0103.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De ani de zile, centralizarea a fost propus\u0103 ca solu\u021bie pentru viitor. Din ce \u00een ce mai multe decizii sunt luate la Bruxelles, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t \u00een statele membre individuale. Rezultatul este evident: chiar \u0219i raportul lui Mario Draghi recunoa\u0219te c\u0103 Europa nu este competitiv\u0103, c\u0103 \u00eei lipse\u0219te inova\u021bia \u0219i c\u0103 are nevoie de investi\u021bii masive pentru a ajunge din urm\u0103 restul lumii. Aceste decizii centralizatoare au sufocat Europa \u2013 \u0219i totu\u0219i nu s-au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat lec\u021biile necesare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen schimb, propune\u021bi din nou acela\u0219i lucru: de data aceasta s\u0103 cheltui\u021bi \u0219i mai mul\u021bi bani, iar de data aceasta se presupune c\u0103 rezultatul va fi altul. Dar nu va fi a\u0219a. Un birocrat de la Bruxelles nu va lua niciodat\u0103 decizii mai bune dec\u00e2t antreprenorii \u0219i cet\u0103\u021benii \u00een\u0219i\u0219i. Oamenii \u0219tiu cel mai bine cum s\u0103 investeasc\u0103, cum s\u0103 economiseasc\u0103, cum s\u0103-\u0219i gestioneze treburile \u2013 mult mai bine dec\u00e2t orice func\u021bionar de la Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it din gre\u0219elile trecutului. Europa nu are nevoie de noi proiecte de centralizare sau de noi rapoarte. Ceea ce avem nevoie este o dereglementare real\u0103. Statele membre trebuie s\u0103 fie libere s\u0103-\u0219i construiasc\u0103 propriile pie\u021be de capital f\u0103r\u0103 interferen\u021be din partea Bruxelles-ului.
