Cerin\u021bele ini\u021biale au generat o sarcin\u0103 birocratic\u0103 uria\u0219\u0103, implic\u00e2nd milioane de coordonate geografice, date satelitare \u0219i obliga\u021bii de documentare. Chiar \u0219i \u00een faza de testare, sistemele informatice ale UE s-au blocat \u00een mod regulat.<\/p>\n<p>Sub presiunea industriei \u0219i a grupurilor conservatoare (ESN, ECR \u0219i Patriots), s-a ajuns acum la o corectare: comercian\u021bii din aval nu mai sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 depun\u0103 propriile declara\u021bii de diligen\u021b\u0103 necesar\u0103. Aceast\u0103 obliga\u021bie revine acum exclusiv operatorului care introduce bunurile pe pia\u021b\u0103 pentru prima dat\u0103. \u00cen plus, data de intrare \u00een vigoare va fi am\u00e2nat\u0103: pentru \u00eentreprinderile mari \u0219i mijlocii, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 30 decembrie 2026, iar pentru micro\u00eentreprinderi \u0219i \u00eentreprinderile mici, abia de la jum\u0103tatea anului 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Propunerea a fost adoptat\u0103 cu 405 voturi pentru \u0219i 242 \u00eempotriv\u0103. Eurodeputata ESN Anja Arndt a comentat:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cESN \u0219i AfD \u0219i-au \u00eendeplinit promisiunile. Am \u00eempiedicat ca zeci de mii de \u00eentreprinderi s\u0103 fie sufocate de birocra\u021bie din cauza unei reglement\u0103ri nerealiste a UE. Companiile c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 timp, certitudine \u00een planificare \u0219i lichidit\u0103\u021bi \u2014 ceea ce ajut\u0103 \u0219i consumatorii prin pre\u021buri mai stabile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 chiar \u0219i simpla transmitere a numerelor de referin\u021b\u0103 de pe avizele de livrare va cauza probleme uria\u0219e \u00een practic\u0103: \u00een cazul lemnului, al cacao-ului \u0219i al cafelei, sute de numere se acumuleaz\u0103 de-a lungul lan\u021burilor de aprovizionare, ceea ce duce la mun\u021bi de h\u00e2rtii. Faptul c\u0103 acest regulament trebuie am\u00e2nat din nou arat\u0103 o deficien\u021b\u0103 structural\u0103 a Comisiei. Normele au fost adoptate f\u0103r\u0103 a fi aplicabile, iar consecin\u021bele economice au fost pur \u0219i simplu ignorate.
