Ceea ce ni se vinde drept \u00eemprumut f\u0103r\u0103 dob\u00e2nd\u0103 este o fraud\u0103 istoric\u0103 \u00eempotriva contribuabililor europeni \u0219i germani. Este complet exclus ca Rusia s\u0103 compenseze vreodat\u0103 Ucraina \u2014 banii din impozitele germane curg, a\u0219adar, necontrolat \u00een buzunarele guvernului ucrainean \u0219i ale lui Zelenskyy.
