Ceea ce este prezentat sub pretextul securit\u0103\u021bii se dovede\u0219te, la o analiz\u0103 mai atent\u0103, a fi o extindere motivat\u0103 politic a unui regim de sanc\u021biuni care submineaz\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult statul de drept \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, face imposibil, \u00een mod sistematic, orice proces serios de pace \u0219i orice apropiere politic\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mary Khan, europarlamentar ESN \u0219i membru al Comisiei pentru libert\u0103\u021bi civile, justi\u021bie \u0219i afaceri interne (LIBE), a continuat:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFaptul c\u0103 nu numai actorii statali, ci acum \u0219i anali\u0219tii, academicienii, fo\u0219tii militari \u0219i influen\u021batorii sunt inclu\u0219i pe listele de sanc\u021biuni este extrem de alarmant.
