Programele suplimentare f\u0103r\u0103 concepte viabile de finan\u021bare, integrare \u0219i returnare sunt iresponsabile.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>ESN sus\u021bine o politic\u0103 de migra\u021bie bazat\u0103 pe statul de drept: o distinc\u021bie clar\u0103 \u00eentre azil \u0219i migra\u021bie, returnarea consecvent\u0103 a celor care au obliga\u021bia de a p\u0103r\u0103si teritoriul, f\u0103r\u0103 programe suplimentare de admitere \u0219i ajutor pe teren \u00een locul reloc\u0103rii permanente.
