A\u0219adar, singurul vot al ESN \u00eempotriva raportului, exprimat de eurodeputata Mary Khan, a fost decisiv. Avizul JURI la raportul LIBE privind statul de drept este, \u00een fiecare an, o lung\u0103 list\u0103 de idei proaste de st\u00e2nga. Textul din acest an urm\u0103rea:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 s\u0103 acorde asisten\u021b\u0103 juridic\u0103 gratuit\u0103 tuturor str\u0103inilor afla\u021bi \u00een situa\u021bie de \u0219edere ilegal\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 s\u0103-\u0219i exprime sprijinul pentru Legea privind serviciile digitale (care reglementeaz\u0103 cenzura \u00een UE \u00eempotriva libert\u0103\u021bii de exprimare pe re\u021belele sociale);<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 s\u0103 solicite sanc\u021biuni mai rapide \u0219i mai severe \u00eempotriva Ungariei (pentru c\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i ap\u0103r\u0103 suveranitatea \u0219i frontierele);<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 s\u0103 solicite Comisiei Europene s\u0103 \u2018colaboreze \u0219i mai str\u00e2ns cu organiza\u021biile societ\u0103\u021bii civile\u2019, \u00een urma scandalului \u00een care Comisia a pl\u0103tit milioane de euro unor ONG-uri de st\u00e2nga pentru a exercita presiuni asupra deputa\u021bilor \u00een favoarea Pactului Verde, care a distrus \u00eentreprinderile noastre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 toate aceste propuneri au fost respinse ast\u0103zi. \u00cen acest sens, deputata \u00een Parlamentul European Mary Khan a declarat: \u201cAcest vot este un semnal mic, dar important: Parlamentul European nu este o simpl\u0103 \u0219tampil\u0103 pentru rapoarte ideologice.
