De acordo com a chave de reparti\u00e7\u00e3o da Sra. Kallas, a Alemanha arcaria com a maior parte dos custos, o que significa que os contribuintes alem\u00e3es seriam sobrecarregados de forma desproporcional. Rejeitamos isso.
