Nie jest to post\u0119p, lecz powr\u00f3t do technokratycznej arbitralno\u015bci\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo, co sprzedaje si\u0119 jako wsparcie dla start-up\u00f3w, jest w rzeczywisto\u015bci furtk\u0105 do unikania podatk\u00f3w, dumpingu p\u0142acowego i os\u0142abiania demokracji. Planowany r\u00f3wnoleg\u0142y system prawny grozi trwa\u0142ym os\u0142abieniem krajowych porz\u0105dk\u00f3w prawnych\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrupa ESN wzywa zatem do natychmiastowego wstrzymania tej inicjatywy i powrotu do prawdziwych reform jednolitego rynku: mniej biurokracji, wi\u0119cej konkurencji oraz wzmocnienie odpowiedzialno\u015bci krajowej.
