Jednocze\u015bnie, tworz\u0105c o\u015brodki deportacyjne w krajach trzecich, w \u017cadnym wypadku nie mo\u017cna zrezygnowa\u0107 z tworzenia o\u015brodk\u00f3w rozpatrywania wniosk\u00f3w, tak aby potencjalni nielegalni migranci mogli przej\u015b\u0107 ca\u0142\u0105 procedur\u0119 po z\u0142o\u017ceniu wniosku o azyl poza terytorium UE. Aby zapobiec przepe\u0142nieniu o\u015brodk\u00f3w, konieczne jest r\u00f3wnie\u017c znaczne przyspieszenie rozbudowy procedur przyspieszonych bezpo\u015brednio na granicach zewn\u0119trznych UE.<\/p>\n<p>Nie wolno jednak lekcewa\u017cy\u0107 logistycznych trudno\u015bci zwi\u0105zanych z o\u015brodkami powrotowymi w krajach takich jak Uganda. Trudno sobie wyobrazi\u0107, by Komisja planowa\u0142a powa\u017cn\u0105 akcj\u0119 deportacyjn\u0105, je\u015bli ludzie musieliby najpierw zosta\u0107 przetransportowani samolotem na odleg\u0142o\u015b\u0107 oko\u0142o 7 000 kilometr\u00f3w, by nast\u0119pnie czeka\u0107 tam na powr\u00f3t do swoich kraj\u00f3w pochodzenia.
