Bud\u017cet UE musi wreszcie zn\u00f3w s\u0142u\u017cy\u0107 obywatelom i regionom, zamiast gin\u0105\u0107 w biurokracji i presti\u017cowych projektach. Zw\u0142aszcza w czasach rosn\u0105cej niepewno\u015bci Europa potrzebuje sprawnego bud\u017cetu, kt\u00f3ry koncentruje si\u0119 na tym, co jest naprawd\u0119 niezb\u0119dne: przyst\u0119pnych cenowo mieszkaniach, silnych regionach oraz rzeczywistym wsparciu dla ma\u0142ych i \u015brednich przedsi\u0119biorstw. W\u0142adze lokalne i przedsi\u0119biorstwa nie mog\u0105 by\u0107 przyt\u0142oczone coraz wi\u0119kszymi obci\u0105\u017ceniami administracyjnymi, podczas gdy kluczowe programy pozostaj\u0105 w impasie.
