Wy\u0142\u0105czenia te mog\u0105 sk\u0142oni\u0107 grupy rodzinne do celowego wykorzystywania nielegalnego wjazdu do Europy jako narz\u0119dzia strategicznego w celu uzyskania wynikaj\u0105cych z tego daleko id\u0105cych praw specjalnych. Ponadto istnieje ryzyko, \u017ce coraz cz\u0119\u015bciej b\u0119d\u0105 tworzone fikcyjne struktury rodzinne, co poci\u0105ga\u0142oby za sob\u0105 ogromne obci\u0105\u017cenie biurokratyczne zwi\u0105zane z weryfikacj\u0105.<\/p>\n<p>W odniesieniu do unijnego wykazu bezpiecznych kraj\u00f3w pochodzenia nale\u017cy w perspektywie d\u0142ugoterminowej zapewni\u0107, by nie zast\u0105pi\u0142 on wykaz\u00f3w krajowych; w przeciwnym razie istnieje ryzyko dalszego stopniowego przenoszenia kompetencji w kierunku Brukseli.
