L\u2019UE cerca di costringere Google a pagare 3 miliardi di euro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dopo quattro anni di deliberazioni \u00e8 arrivata la notizia bomba: la Commissione europea ha ordinato a Google di pagare una multa di 2,95 miliardi di euro. L\u2019accusa \u00e8 quella di \u201cautopreferenza\u201d nella pubblicit\u00e0 online. E in effetti, il gigante tecnologico si concede vantaggi sia dal lato degli acquirenti che da quello dei venditori. A rimetterci sono gli editori e le testate pi\u00f9 piccole. Anche un tribunale statunitense decider\u00e0 a breve se Google debba scorporare la propria controllata pubblicitaria o modificare le proprie regole.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019eurodeputato Volker Schnurrbusch del Gruppo ESN commenta:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa Commissione farebbe bene ad attendere l\u2019esito di questo procedimento e solo allora a minacciare l\u2019applicazione di sanzioni. Google decider\u00e0 solo dopo la sentenza statunitense se ottemperare o piuttosto pagare.\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Da anni l\u2019UE non \u00e8 riuscita a creare un contrappeso ai colossi statunitensi nel settore delle piattaforme digitali. Ma invece di lamentarsi e infliggere sanzioni, l\u2019UE dovrebbe creare un quadro normativo che consenta la nascita di un Google o di un Meta europeo. Invece, i creativi di talento stanno lasciando l\u2019Europa in massa perch\u00e9 proprio questa politica dell\u2019UE \u2014 insieme alle elevate imposte e al costo della vita \u2014 li allontana di fatto.<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo bisogno di equit\u00e0 per gli altri fornitori di pubblicit\u00e0 online, ma soprattutto abbiamo bisogno che l\u2019Europa sia un continente di opportunit\u00e0, non di divieti!\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After four years of deliberation came the bombshell: the European Commission has ordered Google to pay a fine of \u20ac2.95 billion.
