{"id":2077,"date":"2026-01-28T15:51:16","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esn.gipfelstuermer-hosting-3.de\/safe-third-country-concept-adopted-in-the-libe-committee\/"},"modified":"2026-01-28T15:51:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:51:16","slug":"il-concetto-di-paese-terzo-sicuro-e-stato-adottato-in-seno-alla-commissione-libe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esn-group.eu\/it\/safe-third-country-concept-adopted-in-the-libe-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"Il concetto di \u201cpaese terzo sicuro\u201d \u00e8 stato adottato in seno al comitato LIBE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il 27 gennaio 2026, la commissione LIBE del Parlamento europeo ha votato la proposta legislativa definitiva relativa al \u2018concetto di paesi terzi sicuri\u2019.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Ci\u00f2 consente la creazione di centri di rimpatrio in paesi al di fuori dell\u2019UE, verso i quali gli Stati membri dell\u2019UE possono inviare i richiedenti asilo le cui domande siano state respinte.<\/p>\n<p>La commissione LIBE ha dovuto confermare l\u2019esito positivo dei negoziati interistituzionali tra il Parlamento, la Commissione e il Consiglio in merito al testo definitivo.<\/p>\n<p>La relazione presentata da Lena D\u00fcpont (PPE) in merito alla questione \u00e8 stata approvata con un margine molto risicato di 37 voti a favore e 34 contrari. Se il risultato fosse stato di 34 a 34, il testo sarebbe stato respinto; pertanto, i tre voti dell\u2019ESN sono stati determinanti e cruciali.<\/p>\n<p>Il voto a favore dell\u2019ESN \u00e8 stato espresso dal deputato al Parlamento europeo Milan Uhr\u00edk (Republika, Slovacchia), dalla deputata Mary Khan (AfD, Germania) e dal deputato Petar Volgin (Vazrazhdane, della Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p>La relatrice ombra dell\u2019ESN per il dossier in questione era l\u2019eurodeputata Ewa Zaj\u0105czkowska-Hernik, Konfederacja, Polonia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019ESN
