Ennek k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben a k\u00e9t kor\u00e1bban f\u00fcggetlen fel\u00fcgyeleti szerv gyakorlatilag elvesz\u00edti hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g\u00e1t. Az ism\u00e9telt figyelmeztet\u00e9sek ellen\u00e9re az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 \u00e9s N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1g 2025-ben tov\u00e1bbi milli\u00e1rdokat tervez \u00e1tutalni Ukrajn\u00e1nak.<\/p>\n
