A javaslat emellett cs\u00f6kkenti az elj\u00e1r\u00e1si k\u00e9sedelmeket az\u00e1ltal, hogy korl\u00e1tozza a fellebbez\u00e9sek automatikus felf\u00fcggeszt\u0151 hat\u00e1s\u00e1t. Ezek a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok egy\u00fcttesen m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151k\u00e9pesebb\u00e9 teszik a mechanizmust, \u00e9s jobban \u00f6sszhangba hozz\u00e1k azt az EU-n k\u00edv\u00fcli biztons\u00e1gos harmadik orsz\u00e1gokba t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 gyorsabb visszat\u00e9r\u00e9s ir\u00e1nti ig\u00e9nyt.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201ebiztons\u00e1gos sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e1si orsz\u00e1g\u201d javaslat els\u0151 alkalommal hoz l\u00e9tre egy k\u00f6z\u00f6s eur\u00f3pai list\u00e1t azokr\u00f3l az orsz\u00e1gokr\u00f3l, amelyek eset\u00e9ben az \u00fcld\u00f6z\u00e9s val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171tlennek tekinthet\u0151.
