Eddig az Eur\u00f3p\u00e1b\u00f3l t\u00e1vozni k\u00f6teles illeg\u00e1lis migr\u00e1nsok csup\u00e1n k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 20 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9ka t\u00e1vozott t\u00e9nylegesen. A ma elfogadott jelent\u00e9s gyorsabb\u00e1, hat\u00e9konyabb\u00e1 \u00e9s a tag\u00e1llamok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra jobban v\u00e9grehajthat\u00f3v\u00e1 teszi a visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9seket.<\/p>\n<p>A rendelet legfontosabb szigor\u00edt\u00f3 int\u00e9zked\u00e9sei az AfD \u00e1rny\u00e9k-el\u0151ad\u00f3ja, Mary KHAN \u00e1ltal beny\u00fajtott m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sokon alapulnak. Ezek k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartoznak a k\u00f6zbiztons\u00e1got vesz\u00e9lyeztet\u0151 szem\u00e9lyekre vonatkoz\u00f3 \u00e9lethosszig tart\u00f3 beutaz\u00e1si tilalmak, a saj\u00e1t \u00e1llampolg\u00e1raik visszafogad\u00e1s\u00e1t megtagad\u00f3 harmadik orsz\u00e1gok elleni kereskedelmi szankci\u00f3k, valamint a visszat\u00e9r\u00e9s kik\u00e9nyszer\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 kiterjesztett \u0151rizetbe v\u00e9teli lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek. A jelent\u00e9s emellett orvosi \u00e9letkorbeli vizsg\u00e1latokat is el\u0151\u00edr a kiskor\u00fanak \u00e1lc\u00e1z\u00f3 migr\u00e1nsok \u00e1ltal elk\u00f6vetett vissza\u00e9l\u00e9sek megel\u0151z\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, valamint tov\u00e1bbi jogosults\u00e1gokat biztos\u00edt az elektronikus eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k \u00e1tkutat\u00e1s\u00e1ra a szem\u00e9lyazonoss\u00e1g \u00e9s a sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e1s meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sa c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>Ezen fel\u00fcl a kompromisszum jelent\u0151sen nagyobb mozg\u00e1steret biztos\u00edt a tag\u00e1llamoknak. A j\u00f6v\u0151ben nemzeti jogszab\u00e1lyaikban maguk hat\u00e1rozhatj\u00e1k meg, hogy milyen felt\u00e9telek mellett \u00e1ll fenn biztons\u00e1gi kock\u00e1zat, mikor rendelhet\u0151 el \u0151rizetbe v\u00e9tel, \u00e9s mely kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek a visszat\u00e9r\u00e9s biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n<p>A mai szavaz\u00e1s alapvet\u0151 politikai jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 is. El\u0151sz\u00f6r alakult ki az Eur\u00f3pai Parlamentben egy \u00e9letk\u00e9pes t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g egy kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa migr\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00fcgyben, a baloldali \u00e9s liber\u00e1lis er\u0151k\u00f6n t\u00fal.
