Az eur\u00f3pai ipar \u00e9vek \u00f3ta egyre t\u00f6bb jelent\u00e9st\u00e9teli k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9ggel, dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3s k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nnyel \u00e9s b\u00fcrokratikus szab\u00e1lyokkal szembes\u00fcl, an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy ez m\u00e9rhet\u0151 el\u0151ny\u00f6kkel j\u00e1rna a k\u00f6rnyezet vagy a t\u00e1rsadalom sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. A mai szavaz\u00e1s az els\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9s ennek a t\u00e9ves megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9snek a visszaford\u00edt\u00e1sa fel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Az elfogadott kompromisszum elt\u00f6rli azokat a k\u00f6telez\u0151 k\u00f6rnyezetir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1si rendszereket, amelyek p\u00e1rhuzamosan m\u0171k\u00f6dtek a m\u00e1r megl\u00e9v\u0151 tan\u00fas\u00edt\u00e1si rendszerekkel. Ezenk\u00edv\u00fcl megsz\u00fcnteti a vegyi anyagok nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1s\u00e1t, a helyettes\u00edt\u00e9si elemz\u00e9seket, valamint egy alig haszn\u00e1lt vesz\u00e9lyes anyagok adatb\u00e1zis\u00e1t, amelyek jelent\u0151s informatikai k\u00f6lts\u00e9geket r\u00f3ttak a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sokra.<\/p>\n<p>A j\u00f6v\u0151ben, ha a legszigor\u00fabb kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1si hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9kek betart\u00e1sa a projekt teljes beruh\u00e1z\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9nek t\u00f6bb mint t\u00edz sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1t teszi ki, ezeket a k\u00f6lts\u00e9geket ar\u00e1nytalannak kell tekinteni, hacsak a hat\u00f3s\u00e1gok az ellenkez\u0151j\u00e9t nem bizony\u00edtj\u00e1k.
