Az ESN-csoport mellett a javaslatot az EPP, az ECR \u00e9s a PfE is t\u00e1mogatta, ami egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171 fordulatot jelent a jelenlegi jogalkot\u00e1si ciklus egyik legfontosabb migr\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00fcgy\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n<p>Az ESN-csoport eset\u00e9ben a LIBE-bizotts\u00e1g tagjai Mary Khan, Milan Uhr\u00edk \u00e9s Ewa Zaj\u0105czkowska-Hernik.<\/p>\n<p>A szavaz\u00e1s fordul\u00f3pontot jelent az eur\u00f3pai migr\u00e1ci\u00f3s politik\u00e1ban. A kor\u00e1bbi, nyitott hat\u00e1rokra \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 politik\u00e1t sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben kudarcnak tekintik, \u00e9s az Eur\u00f3pai Parlamentben most el\u0151sz\u00f6r alakult ki olyan jobboldali t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g, amely t\u00e1mogatja a migr\u00e1ci\u00f3s politika val\u00f3di megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00f6nt\u00e9s h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben egy olyan rendszer \u00e1ll, amely hat\u00e1stalannak bizonyult: jelenleg az elhagy\u00e1sra k\u00f6telezett illeg\u00e1lis migr\u00e1nsok csup\u00e1n k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 20%-a hagyja el t\u00e9nylegesen az EU-t. Az elfogadott jelent\u00e9s c\u00e9lja, hogy a visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9seket gyorsabb\u00e1, hat\u00e9konyabb\u00e1 tegye, \u00e9s megk\u00f6nny\u00edtse azok v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1t a tag\u00e1llamok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<p>A legfontosabb int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik a k\u00f6zbiztons\u00e1got vesz\u00e9lyeztet\u0151 szem\u00e9lyekre vonatkoz\u00f3 \u00e9lethosszig tart\u00f3 beutaz\u00e1si tilalom, a saj\u00e1t \u00e1llampolg\u00e1raik visszafogad\u00e1s\u00e1t megtagad\u00f3 harmadik orsz\u00e1gok elleni kereskedelmi szankci\u00f3k, valamint a visszat\u00e9r\u00e9s kik\u00e9nyszer\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 kiterjesztett \u0151rizetbe v\u00e9teli lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek. A javaslat emellett orvosi \u00e9letkor-meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1st \u00e9s az elektronikus eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k \u00e1tkutat\u00e1s\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3 kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00f6ket is el\u0151ir\u00e1nyoz a szem\u00e9lyazonoss\u00e1g \u00e9s a sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e1s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>A bizotts\u00e1gi
