{"id":2795,"date":"2025-02-19T15:39:22","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T14:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esn.gipfelstuermer-hosting-3.de\/?p=2795"},"modified":"2026-10-09T09:40:19","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T07:40:19","slug":"odbor-libe-s-glasovima-esn-skupine-odbacio-je-politicke-smjernice-ljevice-za-proracun-eu-a-za-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esn-group.eu\/hr\/libe-committee-with-esn-group-votes-down-the-left-wing-political-guidelines-for-the-2026-eu-budget\/","title":{"rendered":"Odbor LIBE s grupom ESN odbacio je ljevi\u010darske politi\u010dke \u2018smjernice\u2019 za prora\u010dun EU-a za 2026. godinu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u010clanovi Odbora Europskog parlamenta za gra\u0111anske slobode, pravosu\u0111e i unutarnje poslove (LIBE) sastali su se u utorak, 18. velja\u010de, u Bruxellesu.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clanovi Odbora trebali su glasovati o izvje\u0161\u0107u koje je sastavio Andrzej Halicki (EPP, Poljska), a koje daje politi\u010dke smjernice Europskoj komisiji za tro\u0161enje golemog prora\u010duna EU-a za 2026. godinu.<\/p>\n<p>Ove smjernice obi\u010dno odobrava ve\u0107ina, a odbija oporba.  Me\u0111utim, u izvanrednom ishodu, nacrt izvje\u0161\u0107a dobio je samo 25 glasova za, uz jasnih 37 protiv i 5 suzdr\u017eanih.<\/p>\n<p>Ovom glasovanjem takozvana \u2018stara ve\u0107ina\u2019 u Europskom parlamentu je razbijena.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Europski zastupnici ESN-a su se usprotivili ovom nacrtu izvje\u0161\u0107a iz nekoliko razloga:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Izvje\u0161\u0107e poziva na nastavak \u2018izravnog financiranja organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva\u2019, dok nevladine organizacije svake godine primaju 1,7 milijardi eura iz europskih sredstava, a to je financiranje dovelo do masovnih skandala s korupcijom;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Izvje\u0161\u0107e \u017eeli pove\u0107ati potporu Unije u \u2018borbi protiv govora mr\u017enje\u2019, dok Europi treba vi\u0161e slobode govora;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Izvje\u0161\u0107e je zatra\u017eilo \u2018borbu protiv \u0161irenja dezinformacija u velikim razmjerima i razvoj u\u010dinkovitijih protumjera\u2019, dok je to izgovor za neprihvatljivu cenzuru disidentskih glasova i mi\u0161ljenja.<\/p>\n<p>Glasovi ESN skupine, koju su predstavljali zastupnici u Europskom parlamentu Ewa ZAJACZKOWSKA (Konfederacija, Poljska), Mary KHAN (AfD, Njema\u010dka) i Petar VOLGIN (Stranka preporoda, Bugarska) ponovno su bili klju\u010dni u slanju ove sna\u017ene poruke o slobodi govora i jasnog stava protiv masovne imigracije.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The members of the European Parliament&#8217;s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) met on Tuesday February 18 in Brussels.
