Istrage se temelje na optu\u017ebama za koje, unato\u010d 21 pretresi ku\u0107e, do sada nisu predstavljeni vjerodostojni dokazi. AfD-ova delegacija smatra da je proces politi\u010dki motiviran i vidi ga kao poku\u0161aj diskreditacije predanog europskog politi\u010dara. O tom pitanju sam zastupnik Europskog parlamenta iz ESN grupe Petr Bystron izjavljuje:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlanirano oduzimanje mog imunitet nije postupak u skladu s vladavinom prava, ve\u0107 ciljani politi\u010dki manevar. \u010cinjenica da 21 pretres nije donio nijedan zna\u010dajan dokaz ilustrira neutemeljenost optu\u017ebi. Svjedo\u010dimo koordiniranoj kampanji kriminalizacije mojih miroljubivih stavova. Dok se u SAD-u za vrijeme predsjednika Trumpa razotkrivaju i suzbijaju mre\u017ee destabilizacije poput USAID-a, EU aktivno sudjeluje u progonu oporbenih glasova.<\/p>\n<p>Javni tu\u017eitelj ne bi trebao istra\u017eivati \u017ertve ove kampanje, ve\u0107 njezine kreatore. Zala\u017eem se za mir, slobodu izra\u017eavanja i neovisno sudstvo.
