Od samog po\u010detka bilo je jasno da bi takav plan predstavljao grubo kr\u0161enje \u010dlanaka 7. i 8. Povelje o temeljnim pravima te \u010dlanka 8. Europske konvencije o ljudskim pravima. \u010cak je i Pravna slu\u017eba Vije\u0107a EU-a upozorila na masovna naru\u0161avanja privatnosti gra\u0111ana i ocijenila ih kr\u0161enjem temeljnih ljudskih prava.<\/p>\n<p>Slijedom toga, AfD i cijela ESN skupina pru\u017eili su sna\u017ean parlamentarnu otpor. U skladu s op\u0107im javnim prosvjedima, odlu\u010dno smo se borili kako bismo osigurali da se temeljne slobode ljudi ne \u017ertvuju centraliziranom europskom kontrolnom mehanizmu. Dana\u0161nja promjena smjera savezne vlade rezultat je ustrajnih napora gra\u0111ana i zastupnika.
