Dosljedna za\u0161tita vanjskih granica EU-a stoga je neophodan prvi korak za trajno suzbijanje migrantske katastrofe. Istovremeno, pri uspostavljanju centara za deportaciju u tre\u0107im zemljama, uspostava centara za obradu ni pod kojim okolnostima ne smije biti napu\u0161tena, kako bi potencijalno ilegalni migranti dovr\u0161ili cijeli postupak nakon podno\u0161enja zahtjeva za azil izvan EU-a. Kako bi se sprije\u010dilo pretrpavanje centara, mora do\u0107i i do znatno ubrzanog pro\u0161irenja postupaka ubrzanog postupanja izravno na vanjskim granicama EU.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, ne smiju se podcijeniti logisti\u010dke prepreke centara za povratak u zemljama poput Ugande. Te\u0161ko je zamisliti da Komisija planira ozbiljnu ofenzivu deportacija ako se ljude prvo mora preletjeti otprilike 7000 kilometara, samo da bi ondje \u010dekali svoj povratak u zemlje podrijetla.
