Ces deux aspects vont de pair.<\/p>\n<cite>Copr\u00e9sidents du groupe ENS<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Groupe souligne que la comp\u00e9tence en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9jour et de nationalit\u00e9 rel\u00e8ve toujours des parlements nationaux. Il s'oppose \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition des demandeurs d'asile au moyen de quotas contraignants ; en revanche, les \u00c9tats membres dont les fronti\u00e8res ext\u00e9rieures sont fortement sollicit\u00e9es devraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un soutien op\u00e9rationnel et financier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La proposition sera examin\u00e9e au sein de la commission des libert\u00e9s civiles, de la justice et des affaires int\u00e9rieures au cours de la semaine de session de juin.
