Cet arr\u00eat a confirm\u00e9 que ces messages rel\u00e8vent des r\u00e8gles de transparence de l\u2019UE et doivent \u00eatre rendus publics. En r\u00e9ponse, nous avons propos\u00e9 que le Parlement \u201c r\u00e9affirme son engagement total en faveur d\u2019une transparence totale sur cette question \u201d.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, chose \u00e9tonnante, une majorit\u00e9 \u2014 comprenant la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des d\u00e9put\u00e9s du groupe S&amp;D, des Verts et de la Gauche, notamment Daniel Freund et Martin Schirdewan \u2014 a vot\u00e9 contre cette d\u00e9claration de principe fondamentale.<\/p>\n<p>Christine Anderson, autrice de l\u2019amendement et Whip en chef du groupe ENS, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Notre amendement n\u2019\u00e9tait ni controvers\u00e9 ni partisan. Pourtant, la gauche et les Verts de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e ont vot\u00e9 contre. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une d\u00e9monstration stup\u00e9fiante d\u2019hypocrisie. Ces m\u00eames d\u00e9put\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens ont publiquement applaudi la d\u00e9cision de la Cour, mais ont refus\u00e9 de soutenir un engagement \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire en faveur de la transparence au moment o\u00f9 cela comptait vraiment.
