En cons\u00e9quence, ces deux organes de contr\u00f4le, auparavant ind\u00e9pendants, perdent de fait leur efficacit\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 des avertissements r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et l\u2019Allemagne pr\u00e9voient de verser plusieurs milliards suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019Ukraine en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Jungbluth, porte-parole du groupe ENS charg\u00e9 de la politique budg\u00e9taire au Parlement europ\u00e9en, explique :<\/p>\n<p>\u201c La loi adopt\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui marque l\u2019\u00e9chec de toutes les promesses de lutte contre la corruption faites par Kiev. Quiconque continue \u00e0 verser l\u2019argent des contribuables alimente d\u00e9sormais un syst\u00e8me qui sape activement la transparence et l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit. \u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Je ferai pression au sein de la commission des budgets pour veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019aucun centime suppl\u00e9mentaire ne soit vers\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Ukraine tant que le NABU et le SAP n\u2019auront pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement r\u00e9tablis et que les flux financiers ne feront pas l\u2019objet d\u2019un contr\u00f4le international.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral doit embo\u00eeter le pas sans d\u00e9lai : un gel imm\u00e9diat des versements pour tous les programmes bilat\u00e9raux de pr\u00eats et de subventions.
