Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 soulign\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises que ce pr\u00eat ne sera, dans la pratique, jamais rembours\u00e9, puisqu\u2019il est li\u00e9 au versement de r\u00e9parations par la Russie, qui, selon toute vraisemblance, ne seront pas vers\u00e9es. \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Commission europ\u00e9enne et sa pr\u00e9sidente, Mme von der Leyen, admettent d\u00e9sormais ouvertement que la majorit\u00e9 des fonds ira bel et bien au secteur militaire \u2014 et donc \u00e0 la poursuite et \u00e0 la prolongation des combats.
